Position: Sales Team Manager
Report to: President

Job Summary: To build, manage and motivate a team of outside sales representatives while profitably selling Kubinski Business Systems automated, value added solutions and meeting sales quotas. Develop market coverage, marketing ideas and effective sales programs and create short and long term sales strategies to increase the Company’s sales volume.

Working Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 5PM. Job requires attending meetings outside working hours and additional time may also be necessary to achieve the required goals.

Essential Functions: Prospect for potential customers by telephone and cold calls. Demonstrate equipment to customers. Develop technical expertise in the use of the equipment that we sell and become knowledgeable of the competition and their equipment. Recruit, select, train and motivate service minded outside sales representatives. Primary focus is on developing the habits of successful sales reps so they become self-managed. Monitor sales representatives proposals, reports, sales calls and records. Recommend a salary, bonus and commission structure for the sales representatives. Establish and enforce annual selling quotas for each sales representative. Conduct sales meetings.

Promote professionalism and excellent customer relations throughout the sales force. Recommend new product or service enhancements to improve sales. Participate as a member of the management team. Write sales plans, including forecasts and budgets, for all product lines. Work with other departments on a variety of issues including maintaining adequate demonstration equipment and determining recommended equipment order based on sales. Prepare, coordinate, and orchestrate trade shows and meetings with customers.

Qualifications: The successful candidate has previous sales and sales management experience and demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills. The individual has motivated salespersons to consistently perform at a level required to meet quotas and other performance goals. The candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, including listening, and has experience in making oral and written presentations. He/she is a self-starter, competitive, driven to achieve results and is capable of dealing with rejection. Proficiency with Windows and MS Office applications; knowledge of network connectivity terminology. College degree or equivalent experience. Salary plus commission, Benefits, Car Allowance.
